We’re firm believers in the stress-relieving power of a relaxing luxury bath. A good soak can soothe sore muscles, improve your mood, calm your nerves and boost your overall well-being. Follow these steps to set up and enjoy the best bubble bath ever.
The first step to a terrific soak is to pick out your favorite bubble bath products. Select a scent that will line up with what’ll work best for your needs:

Once you’ve selected your favorite bubble bath products, it’s time to set the mood. Dim the lights and opt for a soothing candle instead. Fill the tub with warm water – anywhere between 96 to 104 degrees is usually ideal. Anything hotter than that can make you feel anxious. You can play soft sounds and relaxing music for a more spa-like experience, but make sure that your radio, CD or MP3 player is a safe distance from the tub. Be sure to set out your warm PJs or a plush bathrobe so you don’t have to fumble for them after your relaxing bath.
All that’s left to do is hop in the tub, lean back on a rolled-up bath towel and let the essential oils, beautiful bubbles and detoxifying bath salts work their magic.
