Roll
up your sleeves to begin!
Place a swirl of California
Girl foundation powder
on your right inner
forearm and a swirl
of Second Skin on your
left. In natural light,
look to see how they
blend with YOUR skin
tone. If the colore
on the right side is
less visible, your undertone
is yellow/warm. If the
left arm blends better
with your skin, your
undertone is pink/cool.
If both colore foundations
seem to match your skin
undertone, you are neutral
and have the option
to choose a yellow,
neutral or pink undertone.
Since
California Girl and
Second Skin are the “best sellers” in
the Colorescience line,
many will find their
exact colore match with
this simple process.
If you did not find
your foundation match,
move up or down the
scale in your undertone
to find it.*
Now
try your foundation
on your face, at your
jaw line or under your
chin to test your selection.
Unless camo level coverage
is desired, there should
be two to four foundation
colores for you. This
is determined by whether
you want to look a bit
fairer or slightly more
bronzed than your own
skin. Also, some pink
or yellow tones find
a neutral colore more
flattering because it
eradicates rosacea or
hyper/hypo pigmentation
issues. It’s easy and fun...experiment until you find your favorite colore. There’s no “right or wrong” with
Colorescience!
