HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: Go to www.LovelySkin.com/Blog, the LovelySkin Instagram page or the LovelySkin Facebook page or the LovelySkin Twitter page for instructions on how to enter the sweepstakes. Drawing will be conducted by LovelySkin, Inc. staff, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries. Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the period in which the giveaway is open, as indicated in the posting. LovelySkin Inc. shall have the sole discretion to determine whether a contestant’s entry is fraudulent. If any entry is found or believed to be fraudulent, LovelySkin Inc. has the authority to disqualify the entry and select another entrant to win. Such decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
ENTRIES: Limit (1) one entry per household per day for the sweepstakes. MULTIPLE ENTRIES FROM THE SAME HOUSEHOLD WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Entries using macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Entries become the property of LovelySkin, Inc. and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. By entering the giveaway, entrants may be opted in to receive special offers, news, and updates from LovelySkin, Inc. Entrants may unsubscribe from these offers at any time.

Employees of LovelySkin, Inc., its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, the independent judging organization and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible to win.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Entrants will be contacted via e-mail, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to notify entrant of eligibility to win. Online entrants must have valid e-mail address or Facebook, Twitter or Instagram profile in order to be contacted. It is the entrant's responsibility to update LovelySkin, Inc. of any change in e-mail address, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram profile. Expenses not specifically included in prize description and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each prize is awarded "as-is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize permitted. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of LovelySkin, Inc., which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this giveaway. Entrants agree not to resell prizes and all prizes will be marked as such. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. LovelySkin, Inc. will make one attempt to contact the winner via e-mail, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram messaging. LovelySkin, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Each prize will only be shipped once and it is the winner’s responsibility to provide a correct address. Winner hereby further agrees that it will sign any documents necessary to transfer copyright of the entry to LovelySkin, Inc. within seven (7) days following the date of first attempted notification. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to hold LovelySkin, Inc., its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representative agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors and employees harmless for any injury or damage caused by or claimed to be caused by participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize. LovelySkin, Inc. is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the giveaway or in the announcement of the prize.
INTERNET: LovelySkin, Inc. is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by LovelySkin, Inc. or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this giveaway, LovelySkin, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway. LovelySkin, Inc. reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. LovelySkin, Inc. further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. LovelySkin, Inc. may prohibit an entrant from participating in a giveaway if it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending to abuse, threaten or harass other entrants. CAUTION: Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, LovelySkin, Inc. reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law.
DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: No recourse to judicial or other procedures. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this contest are hereby excluded, and entrants expressly waive any and all such rights.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: As an entrant, you do hereby waive any claim or right arising out of this contest that you might have against LovelySkin, Inc. Additionally, to the maximum extent provided by law, you indemnify and agree to keep indemnified LovelySkin, Inc. at all times from and against any liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses resulting from any act, default or omission by you and/or a breach of any warranty by you set forth herein. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you indemnify and agree to keep indemnified the above parties at all times from and against any liability, actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses for or in respect of which they will or may become liable by reason of or related or incidental to any act, default or omission by you under these rules including without limitation resulting from or in relation to any breach, non-observance, act or omission whether negligent or otherwise, pursuant to these rules by you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to hold these aforementioned parties, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the contest and/or use or acceptance of any prize won.
THIRD PARTIES: The aforementioned parties are not responsible for the policies, actions, or inactions of others that might prevent you from entering, participating, and/or claiming a prize in this giveaway.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
