What are rewards points? How do I use them?
Our rewards program is a way for our customers to save even more! We offer rewards points on every order you place which accumulate each quarter. At the end of each quarter, you will receive a rewards certificate based off of the number of rewards points you have earned. Has my order been shipped?
We will ship your package out same day if ordered before 3:00 pm CST on Mon-Thurs or before 2:00 pm CST Fri-Sat. If there are any issues with your order or payment, you will be contacted as soon as possible in order to expedite your shipment. The status of your order is updated daily and if your package is shipped via UPS, tracking information will be available, once they have received it, in your account details.Login to check order status
What is PayPal and how do I use it?
PayPal is a safe, convenient way to pay for purchases online. PayPal will securely store your personal and credit card information which can be used to make purchases without revealing this information to us. This is beneficial for customers who make a lot of online purchases to easy transmit your information. I found a product somewhere else at a lower price, how do I price match?
If you find an item at a lower advertised price by an authorized reseller, please send a link to Cathy@LovelySkin.com and we will match the lower price (this excludes unauthorized resellers). Unauthorized resellers include eBay and Amazon.com in which the actual seller of the product cannot be verified. Most of our products are required to be sold under the direction of an approved, licensed dermatologist and any site obtaining these products in an unethical manner invalidates the price match.
