Why isn't my promotional code working?
Ensure you've properly applied your promotional code. After typing in your code, click the "apply promo" button to activate it.

Please note that any discount is calculated from the List Price. Additionally, any free gifts associated with your promo code show up in Step 5 of checkout, when you can choose your free sample and gift selections (if applicable).

Some promotional codes are specific to certain products, dates and purchase requirements. If you are experiencing an error with a promotional code, please refer back to the original offer and check for excluded brands, spending requirements or expiration dates. Can I enter multiple promotional codes?
To maintain low prices and to provide free shipping and free samples on all orders, we only allow for one promotional code per order.


Where can I get a promotional code?
LovelySkin customers who sign up for a free Member Benefits account receive emails with discounts, promotional information, weekly specials and free gifts on a regular basis. If you'd like to receive these emails, please sign up for a free Member Benefits account and you will be added to our mailing list.

We also offer exclusive promotions to our Facebook fans and Twitter followers, so Like us on Facebook and Follow us on Twitter for great offers!


I signed up for the mailing list, so why am I not receiving any emails?

If I have items on backorder, can I change my order?
Each backordered product is marked on our site. If you have ordered a product that is temporarily out of stock and want to cancel or exchange the backordered product, contact Customer Service or call us at 877-754-6222 and we'll be happy to help you.


My item is on backorder; when will I receive it?
We know it can be hard to wait for a backordered item, so when a product goes on backorder, we display the date we expect to receive it on the product's description page. We send weekly updates to customers with backordered items and are happy to suggest alternative products as well. Why can't I order certain products online? Why must I call to place my order?
Certain products must be sold in accordance with strict manufacturer's guidelines, such as requiring a consultation prior to purchase. These requirements are set by the manufacturer and must be met for us to be able to sell the product.


How can I view prices and purchase Revision Skincare products online?

How can I purchase Epionce products online?
If you are a first-time customer, you will need to register with our site first. You will also need a code to purchase Epionce products online; please call us at 877-754-6222 and we will provide you with a code. If you are a returning customer, please log in to your account to purchase Epionce products.


How can I purchase SkinCeuticals products online?
To purchase SkinCeuticals products, please contact us at 800-931-6632, and we'll gladly assist you in making your purchase. SkinCeuticals products can only be ordered via our office or store.


I can't find a certain product on your website. Are you able to sell this product?
If your product is a prescription-only product: We are not able to sell prescription-only: We are not able to sell prescription-only products online. Please contact your physician to purchase a prescription-only product.

If your product is from a product line we do not carry: Please email us to request that we start carrying that product line. We love customer feedback and are continually working to provide the products you request.

If your product is from a product line we do carry: Please email us to see whether this product has been discontinued or had a name change. If it is not discontinued, we will let you know if it will be available on the website.


I'm having a reaction to a product. Can I return it?
Before trying any new product, we encourage you to consult your physician to ensure the product is safe for you. If you believe you are "breaking out" or "having a reaction" to a new product, please check with your physician or consult our trained staff of product specialists and estheticians at Customer Service or call us at 877-754-6222 - we'll be happy to help you.

If the product is determined to not be the right product for you, you may return the product as long as it meets the guidelines detailed in the Return Policy.


I'd like to try a product before purchasing it. How can I get a sample?
If you are in the Omaha area, we'd love to have you stop into the LovelySkin store and sample products and speak with our specially trained staff to determine if a product is right for you. If you are not in the area, please feel free to contact our trained staff of product specialists and estheticians at Customer Service or call us at 877-754-6222, and we'll gladly assist you. We do not offer samples of products prior to purchase.


Why must my first order be shipped to my billing address? Is there a way for me to send it to a different address?
This policy is set in place to protect both our customers and LovelySkin.com from credit card fraud. Please know that for all subsequent orders, you may have your package shipped wherever you wish. If it is necessary for you to have your package delivered to an address other than your billing address, you can checkout using PayPal as your payment option.


What is PayPal and how do I use it?
PayPal is a safe, convenient way to pay for purchases online. PayPal securely stores your personal and credit card information, which can be used to make purchases without revealing this information to the merchant. Customers who regularly shop online find PayPal a quick and easy way to transmit their payment information to the merchant without having to repeatedly enter their billing information. I haven't received an order confirmation. Did my order go through?
An order confirmation email is sent as soon as you place your order. If you haven't received a confirmation email from us, please check in your spam/junk folders, as filters can often misidentify emails from companies as spam/junk. To ensure future emails from us are delivered to your inbox, please add customercare@LovelySkin.com to your contacts or address book. If you did not find an order confirmation email in your junk folder and are unsure whether your order went through, please email us with your inquiry, including your first and last name, and we'd be happy to check for you.


Has my order been shipped?
