A day in the life:
In this role, you’re the key to making our products and technology usable, enjoyable and accessible for users. As a Senior UX Designer, you have the opportunity to solve real user problems and improve end user experience with creative solutions.
· Putting the user first, and understand user-centered design principles to work from discovery and concept ideation, through flows and wireframes, to full-fidelity designs building engaging user experiences for multiple user groups that solve business objectives with purpose and simplicity.
· Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements
· Think big and champion cohesion in UX design using LovelySkin’s design system that unites a growing assortment of products, while continuing to seek improvement and innovation.
· Delivering results by presenting and articulating your design process, inspiration, and decisions to company leadership.
· Actively participate in an agile product design & development process to drive continuous value delivery.
· Work closely with development to ensure a quality design system that enables Product to release experiences efficiently and at scale.
Compensation: $75,000-95,000 (Dependent on Experience) and Bonus Eligible
Location: On-site- Omaha, Nebraska
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Hybrid work schedule, 2-4 days work from home
About you:
· 2-4 years of UX design experience or equivalent; ecommerce experience highly desired.
· UX Certification or equivalent degree in visual design, graphic design, computer science or web development.
· Experience with UX design tools such as the UXPin, Sketch, InVision, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, Wordpress and JavaScript skills are a plus.
· Able to submit a portfolio that includes examples of wire framing, project scopes, and finished products.
· Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
· Own overall end-to-end user experience - from the big picture (owning the overall user experience and consistency across an entire product) down to specifics of UI layout for a feature or service flow.
· Experience with the full UX design process including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
