Bilingual Customer Care Representative

The LovelySkin Customer Care team is growing! Most recently recognized in BizRate’s Platinum Circle of Excellence, our Customer Care team sets the bar high and relentlessly looks for ways to make a customer’s experience just a little more lovely.  On a given day, you’ll respond to incoming phone questions about orders, make product recommendations, advise on skincare regimens, problem-solve issues, take orders and so much more.  After hands on training with our dedicated trainer, you’ll have the option to work into a remote/hybrid work schedule.  Never a moment of boredom here; when not taking calls, we’re answering emails and following up on customer inquiries.  Hard work pays off with monthly performance bonuses and lots of ways to grow and develop within the team.

Compensation: $20.00-$22.00; plus monthly incentives and an annual bonus
