CoTZ Lightly Tinted Lip Balm SPF 45 helps guard against both of these issues with a gentle, non-irritating formula. Hydrating ingredients not only soften and smooth lips, they also provide a boost of moisture that relieves dryness, flaking and irritation. The ingredients also lock in moisture to prevent dryness from returning. Sun protecting minerals like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide deflect UVA and UVB rays which can cause skin cancer, signs of aging and damage. Because the formula is free of chemicals, this balm is ideal for even sensitive skin types.
