A naturally foaming cleanser that is the perfect start to around-the-clock control of breakouts, comedones and excess surface oils, Clearing Skin Wash contains no artificial fragrance or color. A synergistic anti-acne combination of licorice, milk thistle, lemon, arnica and bergamont botanicals helps soothe while preventing future breakouts. Salicylic acid stimulates natural exfoliation, helping to clear impacted follicles and minimize acne formation. Tea tree, eucalyptus, goldenseal and Matricaria help eliminate acne-causing bacteria.

Obliterates acne

My teenage son has acne, and we have tried many OTC and Rx face washes - from $17.00 to $200 - to try to rein in his eruptions. This one has been the MOST effective at clearing his skin and keeping new pustules to a minimum. The areas I was worried would scar have lightened, all without a topical retinoid. Best I''ve used, keeps skin clear

This works without drying out skin. Also great as shampoo if you have an oily or itchy scalp. Barely have any breakouts since using. If you add about 20 drops of quality oregano oil to this and shake well to mix, it gives even more of an antibacterial boost. I think the allicin might be the key ingredient that works in this cleanser.
