I will add this twice a week to my nighttime routine and it helps a lot. I don't tend to wipe it all off as the directions say. I bought this mask after watching a video from Lisa Eldridge, in which she said she always kept it in her travel kit and applied it on long plane flights. I fly frequently and get dry skin, so this seemed perfect for me. I've used it a few times and think it's fine. It didn't break me out, which is good, but I also didn't notice any particular positive effects from it. I've used sheet masks which were more moisturizing. This Dermalogica Hydrating Masque has been my favorite for a long time. I heard about it on a video my a model who uses it on long airline flights. I tried it on overseas flights and even from L.A. to Hawaii.... giving myself a mini facial on those flights. Now I use it every night and my skin is always smooth and hydrated in the morning.
