This cleanser has been my go to ever since it was recommended to me by my skin care professional. It’s gentle, yet effective. However, recently the product packaging has changed and now you pay the same amount for less product. 1.6 fluid ounces less I believe. So frustrating!

Clearer skin

I’ve used this product for at least 10 years. I try other cleansing products but even at my age, 65, I will often develop small blemishes. This never happened with Dermesse gel cleanser. I've been using Dermesse Cleanser Gel and Oil-Free Moisturizer for about a year. My skin is oily but also very sensitive, so I have to be careful that I don't use overly harsh products that are too drying. It rinses off easily and leaves the skin very smooth. Both items are great...just depends if you like a gel or a cream base.
