Perfect to Remove Clay Mask

I have been using Dr. Hauschka's clarifying clay mask for several years. I typically find it difficult to remove, as it stains my washcloths. I finally purchased this sponge and it is perfect for removing the clay mask. It does feel a tad rougher than I expected, but I assume it is fine since Dr. Hauschka is pretty serious about being gentle and never harsh to the skin. It is fabulous for removing every bit of the clay mask, without staining the sponge.

So effective

This seems like a simple sponge (which it is) but has really helped with the gentle exfoliation I need in the winter, and makes removing my Dr. Hauschka masks even easier. If I need a little more exfoliation, I'll wring the sponge out more, and if I want something a bit gentler, I'll use it with more water. As a bonus, it lasts for awhile; I have washed my current sponge several times in the washer, and it is still going strong!

I’ve been using oil based makeup remover cream or makeup removing wipes for years. With this sponge - all I do now is put a little bit of face cleanser on the sponge and it all wipes off. This little sponge is a miracle worker for sensitive skin. I love to exfoliate but I hate abrasive and "scratchy" sponges. This sponge is gentle enough for sensitive skin, elderly people who deal with thinning of their skin, patients using topical steroids that thin the skin and anyone battling eczema or psoriasis. I'm not sure if they make a sponge for the body but they should. This is definitely doctor approved!

Use for a proper cleanse

Love this sponge, it's great to scrub all the product off your face, versus just rinsing with water. I have two that I interchange between as I use them daily. I would recommend washing your sponge once per week to keep them clean, and put them in the sun to dry, if you can.
