I needed something to remove some buildup in my hair. I have thick wavy hair and a lot of it. I have color treated hair. I ONLY do root touch ups so just my roots get hair color. I use plenty of styling products to help reduce frizz and hold the wave. This said, I needed a little more of a deeper cleanse. This did well but dried out my hair.
