Achieve a clearer complexion with La Roche-Posay Effaclar 3-Step System. This acne treatment regimen includes a gel cleanser, toner and treatment. First, Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser helps clear acne and eliminates excess oil with 2% salicylic acid. Then, Effaclar Clarifying Solution prevents new breakouts with 0.5% salicylic acid while helping to remove traces of oil and other impurities cleansing may have missed. Finally, Effaclar Duo reaches deep into pores to clear blackheads and whiteheads with 5.5% benzoyl peroxide. This acne skin care trio was specially formulated to target blemishes while minimizing irritation.

Wow!

I am amazed by this 3-step product. I'm going through menopause and have had a lot of breakouts and nothing seemed to help. I could notice a difference in my skin in just two days; I've been using this system for about 3 weeks now and have not had any new breakouts. It has been rather drying on my sensitive skin but I am using more moisturizer and my skin is slowly adapting. One side note - I have rosacea and the first few days I decided that I wouldn't use my Rx gel just to see what would happen. To my surprise, it hasn't resurfaced which is a huge plus to me, the less products I have to use, the better.
