Great for acne

Miracle body wash for dry and flaky winter skin

My dermatologist recommended this for my severely flaky and dry winter skin on my arms, legs, and abdomen (the kind that leaves gross and embarrassing flakes all over your clothes). I apply this all over my body in the shower and let it sit for a few seconds as directed. I was skeptical because salicylic acid can be irritating, but it doesn’t even sting or cause redness. I always come back to this
