PCA SKIN BPO 5% Cleanser clears pores of acne-causing bacteria and dulling debris without over-drying skin. Soothing botanicals provide anti-inflammatory benefits and work to control redness and irritation, while 5% benzoyl peroxide works to rid pores of impurities. This helps heal blemishes and prevent future breakouts from occurring. Gluconolactone, an ingredient derived from gluconic acid, prevents moisture loss so that skin is never stripped of essential oils. Didn't work for me

I dont know if I just didn't use it long enough, but I did not see any good results with this product. I purchased it because benzoyl peroxide helped my acne in the past so I figured a facewash with benzoyl peroxide would be like killing two birds with one stone. However, it didn't seem to do anything. I only used it for about 2 weeks

Great for acne prone or a deep clean

I only use this after wearing long hours of make-up or my skin is experiencing hormonal breakouts. Because of the 5% benzoyl peroxide it's meant to dry out the skin. It does what it's job. Love that!

It really does a good job of getting my face clean but it will dry your skin out after a while. Also it smells terrible. I think I will go back to the normal PCA cleaner for a while to let my skin rehydrate.

Effective and gentle

This is my favorite anti-acne cleanser. I've used it for years and a little goes a long way because it's very thick and concentrated (unlike some cleansers that seem watery). It is both gentle on my skin and very effective at keeping it clear. I leave it on my skin a few minutes before rinsing to make sure the bpo kills any bacteria.

Great for hormonal acne

I used this years ago and it helped back then, and now my hormonal acne is back and I remembered this and got it again and boy does it work ! I noticed a difference in two days. It's a little drying but gentle at the same time. I personally prefer using benzoyl peroxide as a cleanser so I would be able to use retinol as a treatment as well.
