Tried this a while back to use something with sulfur instead of traditional acne spot treatments. This dries up breakouts but has soothing ingredients to help minimize irritation and dryness. I use a bedtime and feel it helps reduce inflammation and heal blemishes. It has a sulfur smell so I only use a bedtime.
