I am very sensitive to the sun and prone to sunburn quickly. I have used this for over ten years. I apply it on my entire eyelid area up to the brows, before I put on eyeshadow. Since I can't find powder eyeshadows that contain SPF, this does the trick, and I believe it helps keep my eyeshadow in place longer. I haven't gotten any burned lids since using this product. I can't speak to how well it conceals imperfections on other facial areas. I do have a vein right above the lower eyelid, and it does well in minimizing the appearance of that vein.
