I use this after I use Bioelements Sensitive Skin Cleanser as a toner. It replenishes my skin and preps it for moisturizer. In the winter my skin gets dehydrated from the cold air and this toner immediately fixes those little lines I get. Also, it is loaded with peptides to prevent aging which is always a plus!
