Love Blinc mascara!
I have been using Blinc mascara amplified for a little less than a year. I first tried it as a sample from LovelySkin.com and have been using it since. It does not irritate my eyes at all, which is often a problem with other mascara. I dont think it is technically considered waterproof but I wear it boating, swimming, and on the beach and it lasts all day but washes of with my face cleanser in the shower. Very easy to apply. Great product!!

Ive been using this mascara for a few years, now. I will say that I prefer it over others for a couple of reasons: It comes off easily with water and gentle stroking It doesnt run under my eyes However, what Ive also found a few "cons" that have occurred several times over the years: The mascara dries up in the container fairly quickly in comparison to other brands and becomes clumpy, flaky and hard to apply. The little rubber disk inside the container which regulates the amount of mascara that goes on the applicator comes out easily. When this happens, I end up with WAY too much mascara on the brush. The only way Ive found to get the little disk back in the tube is to kind of mash the applicator into the tube while turning it. This works sometimes, not always. For some reason, when I use my eyelash curler, my lashes dont seem to stay curled as well using Blinc. Its as if (when its new) the mascara is so wet that it relaxes the curl.

I love the original Blinc Mascara. I have not used anything else since I discovered it! I thought I would try this one because it is "buildable". While it is good ... I like the other one better only because I can apply it faster. My lashes are naturally long but have no color and this works great for me. My friend who has short, dark but sparse lashes tried it and it didnt work for her. I would also recommend it to someone who needs it to stay all day and not smudge off...even in a hot tub or shower. However, it comes off easily with soap (mild cleanser) and water.

I would have to say this is now my favorite mascara. I do not like putting mascara on first - usually that is what I do last but I followed the directions and did it first, with great results. I literally looked like I put some natural looking fake lashes on and it did not flake or come off throughout the day. You get the length and fullness of fake lashes but they look like your own! Its great. A few times I tried applying the mascara the way I always have - at the end after doing all my make up - it still worked and stayed put on my lashes and looked good, just not as good as when applying it before any other product, as they advise. I found that applying it after all the other make up, my lashes tended to clump together a bit - not badly though. Really, when following the directions this was flawless. My lashes had great separation and looked amazing. It does make them look a lot longer than full but I have still been happy with the results. So happy that I have been recommending it to all my girl friends.

I have been using this product for a while. At first it seemed great. Lashes looked nice with no clumping, very natural looking. Also, I wear contacts so I liked that the mascara was not flaking into my eyes causing irritation. Very easy to wash off as well, just like the product says, rubbing with warm water is all you need. A week later I started to get irritation on my eyelids. They became very itchy and swollen. I thought it was regular allergies, and tried using ointments to relieve the discomfort. I am sure now it is from the mascara because I stopped using it and it went away. Then started using it to make sure and the itchiness started up again. Its a shame because I was enjoying the product until the problem started. I can no longer use this mascara. I have no idea what ingredient Im allergic to, so I am nervous to try another mascara that uses tube technology.

It goes on smoothly and looks great! If you like the regular version, expect more oomf from this one...but still no irritation and staying on until you take it off! Warning: If you do wear it too long it will start to peel off, but thats probably just a sign you should have taken your makeup off sooner/not fallen asleep in it.

This is one of the best mascaras I have ever used. It never smears or smudges. I love it that it stays on til you want it to come off. And then when youre ready to take it off you can just stand under the shower and after a few seconds the "tubes" just slide off! Really refreshingly different! The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star is because if you get any of it on your inner eye lids while applying it can easily get into your eyes. But that is really an easy fix as it gets easier and easier to apply as you use it and get comfortable with the application. Great product and LovelySkin is my favorite place to order my cosmetics.

This is my all time favorite mascara and honestly the only one I can really justify wearing anymore. The other brands inevitably smear and leave grayish residue under my eyes. Blinc, however, dries to a sort of "rubber-like" consistency and will not smear. Ever. The only downside? You have to make sure you wash your eyelids with warm soapy water and rub gently to get it all removed...sometimes if it isnt removed, the "tubes" that form over the lashes will slide partially off the lash (but still remain attached) so that theres a long black piece sticking out of your lashes....also do not attempt to remove the mascara by pulling on the tubes....this often results in pulling out the eyelashes themselves. So, as long as these two things are avoided, wearing the mascara itself is a no-brainer. Its truly genius.
