If used on its own, certainly not enough to do much for callused feet. I get regular pedicures and this is nice as an add on. Use on dry feet first and then dampen the hands and work over the soles again. This is supposed to be used in conjuncture with the bristle brush head. However, I found it doesnt really work that well in conjunction with that head.
