This is a physical sunscreen that is oil-free. It isn't exactly matte, but better than most. It is fungal acne safe. I am fair and don't notice a white cast. I mix this with the tinted version sometimes, instead of wearing foundation. It is fragrance-free and does not make me itch or breakout.

I have combination (more so leaning to dry) skin with eczema and rosacea. All of the other sunscreens I've used in the past have flared up one condition or the other; however, this particular product makes my skin feel and look great. I haven't experienced any adverse reactions while wearing this; my skin is thoroughly protected with no irritation whatsoever. This also makes your face look as if it was airbrushed (thanks to the silicones in it), so that's a bonus. Now, onto my opinions on the colour. Although I'm extremely pale, I still see an observable white-cast when applying a sufficient amount of this product. To combat and completely negate this, I mix this in with the tinted version of this sunscreen to achieve an accurate skin tone match for me. This is overall an amazing product.

Excellent spf for fungal prones!
For years, I avoided cyclopentasiloxane based products. I was convinced that it triggered my seborrheic dermatitis. However, in the past year, I've been revamping my skincare routine based on "fungal safe" products and the Cotz spf always seems to figure prominently on that list. Matte and silky
I first tried - and loved - the tinted version and the non-tinted is just as good. In fact, I use both at the same time. Untinted on neck, ears, hands, and tinted on face, sometimes over the untinted which enables me to use less of the tinted which can be a bit dark if I apply heavily. That way I can customize colour and coverage depending on whether makeup is applied on top or not. The untinted gives an etheral glow which is fine even for my combination skin, as long as I lightly powder afterwards.
