This is a decent hand cream although it was a bit too thick for myself.
I have been using this hand cream for years since my initial purchase at my mother's family dr. office. It wasn't prescription back then either but the office believed in the product line for its patients with skin issues. LovelySkin had the product on back order and kept me well informed as to when I would receive my order. Thanks LovelySkin for always selling the best products.
Have tried MANY types of hand cream but this ranks at the top. Absorbs easily and kept my hands soft through last winter. Gave to a friend who now swears by it and her sons liked it too. Will be buying this for a long time!
I first read about this in a magazine and it was recommended by a dermatologist who used it herself. Frequent hand washing during the winter months and hand sanitizer left my hands dry and cracked. After using this cream for a few days, my hands were once again soft and the cracked skin healed. The best thing about this cream is you dont need to reapply it each time you wash your hands as it actually lasts for more than one hand washing.
I keep Dermatologist Topix Intensive Hand Cream at work. It is absorbed quickly and does not leave my hands greasy. A big plus is that is moderately priced!
The jury is still out on this hand cream. It came highly recommended and while I do like it, it is a bit different than what Im used to. It has a slick feeling, which is nice for daytime use but not what I think of for bedtime use. Visually, the cream has an appealing sheen.
I purchased this based on current reviews on this site and also from a mention in a skin care article in Allure magazine. I completely agree with comments on how nice the texture is. It sinks right in and doesnt leave your hands greasy so you can continue with any task. It has no noticeable fragrance which I like in a hand cream so it doesnt compete with other fragrances. Im not sure yet how it performs long term as a moisturizer though so far so good. Thats the only reason I cant yet give it 5 stars. Thanks.
