OK primer but not the best
I must admit I am biased writing this review as I generally prefer a serum or oil-based primer to a dry oil-free one. It is decent but fairly drying (I have very dry skin naturally), so I often find i have to layer it with a really decent serum underneath, and I only wear this with my hyaluronic tinted moisturize (there is no way I can wear it with me foundation bases as my skin goes as dry as the Sahara desert!)

Hydrablur just okay
I expected it to melt into my skin more. Instead, it leaves a fine white film on my face. Makeup goes over it okay.
