I highly recommend this wonderful light smelling, easy to apply arnica based body oil for muscular pain. As a dancer, yoga teacher and now an active senior I use it every night for plantar fasciitis, knee, hip, back and neck, wrist and hand pain. After more than 25 years Birch Arnica keeps working so I use the auto replenish which keeps the cost down and is more economical that buying tubes of arnica cream.
