The good product！
I've used it before. Knowing that LovelySkin had it for purchase, I ordered it. It has an outstanding feel to it among other cleaning products I've used. Some caution though, it may melt a bit if left in the house when the heat is hot or the weather is hot. But it still works great. The only downside might be a little bit of irritation when it comes in contact with the eyes, overall the experience of using it is great. It also emulsifies well and doesn't dry out the skin. It is also ideal for sensitive skin.

Good balm for sensitive skin
I very dry, red, angry, roasacea prone, sensitive skin. Cleansing balms work best for me as gels and other cleansers dry my face out too much. This one is good - I appreciate that it is fragrance free, it leaves my skin soft and happy, and it does a good job removing foundation, blush, etc. It does only an ok job with waterproof eye liner and mascara, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I personally prefer the Eve Lom cleansing balm, which does a better job with waterpoof makeup and has a thicker texture which I prefer.

I wish it was just a little soapier, it feels like there is residue left on my face after I wash it even after rinsing a lot. But it has made my face a bit more hydrated, so perhaps the residue is a good thing! It's just a new feeling for me as I'm used to my face being literally squeaking clean after I wash it.

This does a good job as a first step in cleansing, but I don't love the scent. It's not "bad", it's just oddly medicinal smelling. I'm sure some love that! It also took a bit for my skin to adjust to it. I had some redness, but that quickly ended with about a week of use.

so I like it but mostly I just use this as a mask. I use another cleanser to actually wash my face because, while I have dry skin and this seemed a perfect choice...its just way to oily for me. But I do enjoy leaving it on my face for about half a day as a mask because it is quite emollient. It is a little irritating to my rosacea and the smell is not the best. But I think it is good all around product and I am hoping all this collagen gets infused into my skin
