Love this toner! Directions say to spray on a cotton pad and gently wipe on your face, but I just spray it on my skin. The spray comes out in a very fine mist. The fragrance is very light and spa like. I use this right after I wash my face before applying moisturizer. Feels very nice and hydrating. Have used other hydrating toners, but this is definitely my favorite.
