This is a very unique product and it worked great for me. I had a mohs surgery for skin cancer and used it for cleaning the incision. It was so gentle and easy to use. It was not irritating at all doesn’t need to be rinsed. This is something everyone should keep in a first aid kit.

I recently started doing fractional radio frequency on my face for acne scarring. I typically would wait at least 12 hours before washing my face with my gentlest cleanser. However, my face would sting with that cleansers, hence why I decided to try our EltaMD’s Dermal Wound Cleanser. It is meant to be used as a toner with a cotton pad. It works really well to clean and sooth my red and burnt face. I prefer using this for the first 3-4 days after each session of fractional radio frequency.

I've had a series of very aggressive RF-microneedling sessions that pretty much annihilate my face. After the first two, I used two different costly pharm-grade "post procedure" kits that did absolutely nothing to speed up the healing process. This is a must-have for emergency kits and skin care emergencies.
