I use it on myself and my kids in the summer only.. it’s little white and hard to blend and I like the spray more but I use this before going out to the sun and then when I reapply I use the spray or the othe body cream they are much easier to apply..

Best for sweaty times SPF
I love Elta MD UV Sport for my long walks regardless of the weather. Even when it is cold and overcast out I can still work up a sweat walking outside, causing me to need to wipe my forehead off often. I wear tops that expose my collar area and will get sweaty there too and even with wiping myself off the sunblock remains because I do not ever burn or even get tan marks.
