Keeps my lips from drying out
I don’t have much luck with lip repair/moisturizer products. The majority dry my lips to the point of peeling. This actually conditions my lips and doesn’t dry them out. It’s a small tube for the money so I took off one point.

My lips sometimes get chapped to the point of becoming flakey; basic lip balms help, but don't do much for the chapped skin. I recently purchased Epionce Anti-Aging Lip Renewal cream. I like that it comes in a tube instead of a pump because the tube allows you to get all the product out for use. It’s a light weight cream, not an oil or waxy balm. The cream soaks in well and does help with dry lips if used several times a day. It’s very soothing. I can not say it helps with aging, wrinkles above of below lips, no change there. I’ve tried this as well as two other products. I think they’re all good but none should be listed as anti-aging.
