I use only epionce and love the whole line. I finally decided to splurge and treat myself to the intense defense serum. From my limited use I think it’s a great product however the packaging is terrible. After a couple of days no product would come out. I tried all the tips to prime it with no avail. Looking over the reviews it seems I'm not the only one with this issue. LovelySkin took great care of me with their fantastic customer service so no worries there. I hope epionce revamps the packaging/pump so I can feel good about purchasing this product again in the future.

I really like the product. My skin is so much softer. The reason I’m giving it a 4/5 is because I had issues pumping out the product. Then I I finally got over it and unscrewed the top. The straw thing that attaches to the pump was not in this product. Which makes sense why it took forever to get even a tiny bit out. I just started using it again (I was so frustrated with my inability to get the product out) and I love it. I have to take the lid off and pour it on my hand, but the product still works great.

I love the serum, but wish epionce would change the dispenser! Pump rarely works properly. I feel like I’m wasting product when I have to pour it in my hand. LovelySkin offered tips on how to use an air pump dispenser, but it doesn’t work. I don’t want to give up using the serum but am considering switching unless I can find an alternative dispenser to use.....And so the hunt for a serum as good as this one begins.
