Will Not Buy Again
The formula may be new, but it is definitely NOT improved. The texture is no longer silky smooth, but sort of clumpy. It used to be white, but now it's kind of beige. The worst "new and improved" feature is the smell. I used to love opening the jar and smelling citrus; now it smells weird. I guess it's supposed to be unscented, but it has a mild scent, and it's not a good one. I noticed that I have to use more product to cover my face and it doesn't feel the same on my skin. Once I finish this jar, I will be looking for a different nighttime moisturizer.

New formula isn’t working for me :(
I’ve been using this product for years, but the new formula is breaking me out. It’s thicker than the formula before, and slightly more beige. I had some left in my old tub and compared the two. Sadly, it’s time to find a new cream.

Really odd
I am not sure but this is the second time that when ordering my Epionce products from you, the product doesn't seem right at all. This cream is normally so easy to use but this time it's hard and hard to get out of the container so I ordered another one directly from Epionce and that was fine. Something was definitely wrong!
