These glycolic acid + salicylic acid pads are extremely effective at keeping my complexion smooth and glowing. I had small flesh colored bumps on my forehead that weren't pimples and daily use of these pads cleared them away. I also believe they help with my cystic acne by keeping my skin exfoliated. I use one pad each morning. Since I use other exfoliants in my nighttime skin routine, I'm using the lowest percentage gly/sal pads and it works great for me--no irritation. I’ve mostly used these pads after wearing a mask that is difficult to rinse off completely. And I’ve used them in the morning in lieu of a cleanser, and even though I remove makeup with jojoba oil and use a cleanser at night, there has been a time or two when I’ve used the pad in the morning and found subtle traces of makeup on them.
