I haven't really used it on my elbows, so I cannot testify to how it works on elbows--but based on how well it works on heels, I'd say it would do an excellent job at healing and softening!! I am very pleased with Glytone Ultra Softening Heel and Elbow Cream, which I have used only on my heels. While I usually think it is wise to follow the directions on a product, I did not rinse this cream off after 15 minutes. That may be best for someone with diabetic foot issues or vascular issues or unusual sensitivity, but I simply applied a small amount of the cream to each rough, cracked area on my heels, rubbed it in, washed my hands and went to bed. I used the product every other night for two weeks, just to be sure I didn't have a problem. My heels are nice and soft now!

My feet are always a total mess - dry, callouses, cuticles look ragged etc. This cream has made a huge difference in the softness and appearance of my feet and toes - even my husband noticed how soft they feel. It won't magically dissolve old, tough callouses, but once you get them down it really does help keep them at bay. I use a thin layer a few times a week. If your skin is sensitive, definitely wash it off your hands after applying. It's great for the rough/dry cuticles on your toes too. And my elbows are also baby soft!

My heels had gotten so rough and scaly. This cream really softened my heels. I love to soak my feet in warm water and a cup of epson salt followed by an application of Glytone heel softening cream. I leave it on for about 10 minutes and then rinse. My heels feel and look really nice!
