Doesn't deliver

It also doesn't irritate my eyes. However, that is all I can say that is truly positive. I've been using for about 2 months and I can't say I'm that impressed with the product. A little goes a long way, but is somewhat greasy and kind of sits on the skin. It's doesn't minimize eye puffiness at all, nor does it brighten and reduce fine lines like some other products that I've tried in the past. I don't intend to re-purchase and will go back to what I was using before.
