Can’t use
Have been using multiple IS Clinical products for several years, love them. This serum ordered for the first time, my face started burning immediately, turned red. There is a warning that this serum can cause temporary redness. However my redness and burning progressively worsened over an hour, I had to wash it off with gentle cleanser, applied cooling masque from the same brand which usually relieves any irritation and took double dose of allergy medication. Symptoms persisted for another 3-4 hours before some improvement and finally went away in about 20 hrs. Tried once again 10 days later with same effect. Now have to speak to customer service regarding possible return/credit. It is quite expensive. I can’t use it and have no one to give it too. And honestly would be afraid to give it to anyone having had a reaction to it.
