This cream would get 5 stars, but the texture is a little runny. However, when it is applied to the skin it feels surprisingly emollient. It is mild but really does help clear up light acne. I have noticed a decrease in the small bumps on my face and any pimples that do break out clear up very quickly. I recommend this to women with recurring mild acne and rough skin.

If you have acne PLEASE PLEASE don't hesitate another minute and buy this cream. I am 21 years old and have had moderate to severe acne for the past 2 years. Back in August I started to receive chemical peels at a medspa. My esthectian saved my skin. She wrote down a list of products I needed to buy (all from Jan Marini) and because SHE actually battled acne (and won, she has beautiful skin) I took her word for it and went ahead and ordered the products. They were all fairly good, but I have to say I did some research and tweaking of my own to my skin care regime. I started with the jan marini bioglycolic facial lotion. No salicylic acid. Moved onto the Biogylcolic Bioclear Lotion. Too drying. Then the miracle!! I found this cream and it is magic. I only use this product at night after I wash with Bioelements Flash Foam cleanser and apply in three sections. Forehead and each side of my face. I am somewhat o.c. when it comes to my skin. You go to sleep and wake up to a healthy radiant complexion with fewer breakouts and before you know it your skin is clear besides from the occasional pimple here and there (there is no cure for acne, therefore controlling it is all you can do). For all searching for a product that really works PLEASE try the biogylcolic bioclear cream. I have been there and tried numerous so called "solutions" (I could probably open up my own drug store with failed skin care products. Give this a try and you won't be disappointed.
