I've been using Jan Marini Luminate Eye Gel for years. I'm one of those people who gets relatively deep under eye circles, I've been told because my skin has thinned as I've aged. I'm sure some aspect is genetic as well. I've found that if I use it consistently every night it's very helpful. Occasionally, I'll get in to rotating products and then it''s not so effective. I keep going back to this one and the effectiveness is why. Only a very little amount is needed for each application.
