I have always had problems with conditioners making my hair greasy or heavy once my hair dries. I honestly don't have that problem with this conditioner though!! I use a wide tooth comb to help me work it into my hair in the shower and its easy to completely rinse out, if I ever feel like there is any residue still in my hair after rinsing I will add just a little bit of shampoo to that area and it has always seemed to work for me, but I do not add the conditioner onto my scalp.
