Very good if used properly
From a little bit of trial and error, I discovered that it is best to think of the application in 3 steps. First, I shake the tube to mix the color with the eye serum. Then I apply a semi-circle under my eye by pressing lightly on the tube. Finally, I use the cold tip that dispenses the product to smooth and even the product around my eyes. It really does lessen the appearance of the dark circles. I am very happy with it.

This is the first time I've purchased the Pigmentclar eye cream but so far I'm really enjoying it! It goes on smoothly and the cool metal applicator tip is so nice to use around the eye area. It feels hydrating and I can see the slight glow in the formula to help counteract dark under eyes. So far I haven't seen a significant improvement in dark circles but time will tell. I am unable to use products with Retin-A near my eyes, but I still need an "anti-aging" eye cream. My biggest hope is to find one that firms the underage area -- and actually reduces puffiness -- but so far, no luck. I am hoping it will eventually reduce puffiness and other signs of aging with continued use. If you have sensitive eyes, this product should work for you. Best dark circle cream I've tried so far!
I love this eye cream! I'm 60 years old and have genetic, very dark hollows under my eyes. I look like a zombie without makeup. I've tried almost everything to get rid of them---dark circle creams, supplements, plastic surgery, microneedling with platelet-rich plasma, etc. Nothing worked. I've used about three-fourths of my first tube and this cream has noticeably lightened my dark circles. They're still dark, but any amount of lightening is encouraging. Another thing I love about this cream is that it acts like a concealer. "Pearl pigments reflect light for an instant brightening effect." I've always used undereye concealer, but I can skip concealer when I have this cream on. Don't put too much on or it will peel under your foundation. I prefer this cream to concealer because concealer has started settling into the lines around my eyes as I get older. I also apply this under my eyes before I go to bed, and I wake up looking a lot less like a zombie. I'm very excited about this eye cream!

I had been having some issues getting dark circles around my eyes to lighten until recently when I tried this eye cream, which I bought based on user reviews. It definitely does work to lighten the area around the eyes within just a few uses. And a little goes a long way, so it will last quite a while. The applicator is interesting, and I don't know if that has anything to do with how the product works, but I do use the applicator instead of my fingers. Perhaps that is more gentle on the skin area around the eyes.
