My dermatologist first recommended this product to me at least 15 years ago. I continue to use it 4-5 nights a week most weeks of the year. It is not harsh, and gives my skin a luster with regular use. I sometimes skip bitterly cold winter weeks, opting for a moisturizer, instead. Nonetheless, I will continue to use this serum as long as theyre willing to make it. An excellent product.

I have used MD products for at least 20 years. I love them and feel that my skin looks younger and is in better condition b/c of these products. My dermatologist in my 20s recommended this line (sold it at their office) and I have used for 20 years since then. This particular product is great and keeps skin looking young and smooth. The small bottle lasts several months so one small bottle will last 3-4 months at least. You only need about a dime-sized drop. I use morning and night (2 x per day). (Even though the product is about $40-$50, it averages only to about $10 per month, which with 2X application per day, averages to about $10 per month, a bargain for great looking skin!) I try to stay out of the sun for the most part, and I think these products plus minimal sun keeps skin young looking in my 40s. I think my skin has a "fresher" look with these products.
