I've had a good experience with this serum. I've been using it twice daily for a month. I recently looked in the mirror and realized that some pigmentation on my forehead and a couple red spots on my chin are lighter. My face also has less redness, and my skin appears brighter overall. I can''t say for sure that this product is responsible because I started using a few different skincare products at the same time - including retinol. But I think it takes more time for results from retinol to be visible so it is likely that this lightening serum is delivering on its promises. I have somewhat sensitive skin and have not experienced irritation other than some of the acne associated with adjusting to retinol. I apply this serum immediately after washing and while my skin feels a little sticky at first that feeling goes away once I put on another product. It has not pilled or interfered with makeup. I received this product as a gift with purchase and while I am leaning toward repurchase I haven''t decided yet. It is more expensive than most of my other products.
