This is the best moisturizing Neck Cream that I've used, including the well known pricier Brands. It smells pleasant and after the cream has been applied, your neck stays moisturized and just feels so good! I don't use it as recommended, twice daily because it is expensive, so I apply it once a day. It does appear to help with the loose skin on my neck and I think the skin looks improved because it moisturizes your neck so well and appears to tighten it somewhat. I think if used as recommended, you would see a noticeable difference. In any case, I'm hooked and this is the only Neck Cream I will use from now on (72 years young -;)
