I've been using Obagi products for several years and most recently had been using the Obagi Nu-Derm Toner #2. I've been using this Obagi-C product for a few weeks now and haven't noticed anything particular either good or bad although perhaps it's a bit less drying. I do, however, really really dislike the product dispenser, which hasn't been working at all reliably for me. I'd be more than happy with just a plain bottle cap like the Nu-Derm Toner has. Tonight, I finally decided to just unscrew the top and dispense the product as I'm accustomed to AND prefer (and sadly, the Obagi-C dispenser probably costs at least a few cents extra, such a waste in my opinion).

I have never had an issue with anything purchased from LovelySkin but for this product. Having used other Obagi toners before, they all have a slight scent to them. This has nothing at all. I figured it would at least have a subtle vitamin C scent, but no. I've been using it consistently too. I am disappointed in it if it is authentic because it seems to do nothing. Sorry, Obagi, I won't be purchasing any more of the vitamin C products.

THIS IS THE REAL DEAL. I ordered the Obagi-C kit not realizing it didn't come with the toner. Purchased toner immediately. All products cost less than what my dermatologist offers +copay for specialist visit. I've used obagi for a couple of years now so I know if its real or fake and this is real. It is also a "must have" when using the Obagi-C set. Use with a cotton round, after using the face wash. Use sparingly. Tingles a bit but totally normal. Be sure to keep away from eyes and lips. It will dry your lips out. Continue with C serum and so forth. I wish I could upload before and after pics. I didn't even know my skin looked so thin, uneven textured, a few sun spots and even a wrinkle between my eyes until I compared before and after photos. Well I guess before and one month into using this set, is more appropriate. My skin glowed like never before. As a teen, (I'm now 37 y/o)my skin never looked this dewy, supple,even-toned, and as if I pulled my hair back into a tight ponytail and put a headband on, virtually eliminating that ugly wrinkle between my eyes. After using PCA Skin Nutrient Toner I decided to try the Obagi C toner since I love their vitamin C serum. There isn't much aroma (which I'm sure is a good thing since fragrance can be irritating to skin), but I just didn't feel that it made a huge difference in my skin. I think the pump top is excellent though and the size of the bottle is a value for the price. I think I prefer my toners to have a little more of an enzyme exfoliant quality to them.
