Easy Ordering, Quick delivery, and the price is reasonable. However, the color made my face a sick-looking orange-gray tone. I am fair-skinned and usually wear fair foundation with cool undertones. Next, I tried mixing it with my foundation to correct the color but ended up not being able to use it at all if I'm going out in public. Sorry, I'm just disappointed.

This new product was back ordered for six months before delivery. I have use it a few times and am still uncertain as to whether I like it. A couple of times when using it I noticed dark residue flaking on my skin. This may be because I used a moisturizer underneath it. More use and experimenting will probably determine the source of the residue. If the residue issue is solved satisfactorily the product will give a nice smooth finish.

Labeling Error?
I would have loved the Obagi Medical Sun Shield Tint Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 50 Cool tint which I ordered after trying a sample. I checked the sample and the website to see if the sample was matte or 'original' finish. Since the sample label didn't display 'matte', I concluded the finish in the sample was 'original'. Unfortunately, what I received has a shiny finish which is not a good look for me. I spent a lot of money on this sunscreen and will now only use it when out in the yard, not to church or social events. I'm disappointed about what I received because I thought I'd get a tube of matte finish tinted sunscreen, therefore only 3 stars.

I prefer a lightweight sunscreen. This sunscreen came off very thick when applied . A little does go a long way. Though this sunscreen was tinted it still left it left a white residue on my skin. I probably will not purchase again as I really like a different brand.

I like the consistency and coverage of this product and it is well suited for sensitive skin. My only issue is the color is a little darker than my natural skin color which is fair. I would have a better indication once the summer months hit and my fair skin gets a tad darker.

I usually use a different tinted sunscreen however it was out of stock so I tried the Obagi tinted sunscreen. It is thicker than the other. My preference is the other because it absorbed into my skin better and creates a smoother surface to put makeup on afterwards.

I bought this product in both warm and cool and neither one seems to be my shade. Perhaps a mixture of the two might get me what I need, but that seems like an awful lot of work for some sunscreen. What I really wanted was Suzan Obagi MD soothing complex, which is no longer available. It’s very frustrating to find a product that seems to be perfect and then it’s gone. So I really feel I’ve wasted money on these products that I’ll never use. Very frustrating and wasteful.

I do like this product, but I am not sure if I am getting enough sunscreen protecting. Due to the nature of this product, it is hard to judge because of the tint coloring. I usually use more sunscreen and do not like the heavy foundation look that this gives me if I use a lot.

Too dark for fair skin
I tried this sunscreen in the shade "cool" - I am very fair, like Fitzpatrick 1. This sunscreen spreads nicely and has a nice texture, but appeared dark orange on my face, even with lots of blending. It was particularly orange in my eyebrows and along my hairline. I'm glad it was on sale, because I'm not going to be able to use it again.

It's a good sunscreen with creamy consistency helping easy application. My disappointment lies with the fact that unlike Revision Skincare Intellishade Matte, for example, Obagi leaves a shiny/slightly greasy feel (not like the Sunscreen from SkinCeuticals–that one is super greasy, but still). I was hoping to like it more and use as a replacement to my light coverage foundations (like a BB cream) but that shine and the need to reapply after ~ 2 hrs makes me give it 3 stars and no intention to repurchase. If you are a dry skin type, it may be worth considering, especially in terms of "value for money," as you get quite a bit of product in a large tube.

There's a plus and minus to this product. I am a fan of the Obagi products for sure tho not all are a fit for me. In this case the tinted sunscreen is what I want: SPF 50 with a little color. The problem I had was the particular shades. I chose the "warm" after sampling and tho it was fine on my hand, it was VERY yellow on my face. I am fair/light with dry skin. The cool shade may have worked but something more neutral would suit a lot more of us. The consistency was good and the protection was great so if a neutral tone is added I'll be back for more!
