Not As Good As It Promises

I like to apply a vitamin C cream over my retinol lotion in the evening. I usually use another product but I saw this new product and gave it a try. It smells really good, kind of like Tang orange drink. Its creamy and would be good for daytime use, but I wish it were a bit thicker. The product says that the Camu berry holds more vitamin C than oranges, but it doesnt specifically say how much vitamin C my skin is getting vs. a comparable product. Seems like sketchy advertising. The product does moisturize my skin but I havent noticed it doing anything other than taking away the tight feeling my retinol creates. I have sensitive skin and this doesnt irritate it. What I really dont like is the container. The top pulls off and this is hard to do if your hands have lotion on them. Once the top is off you push down the entire top of the container and the lotion comes out a center hole. This protects the product from air and light but its really hard to control how much comes out. Also, I like to be able to get at those last few applications by running my finger around the sides and corners and I dont see that Ill be able to open this bottle up. Overall, its an Ok product but Ill go back to my old brand once this is gone.
