This is a surprising shampoo. My hair started thinning along my hairline. Using Phyto phytolium shampoo have had only limited regrowth but further thinning is completely stopped. It takes very little to accomplish results. I work a small amount into my hair and scalp and rinse. Once again I work a small amount into my hair and scalp. Wow does it lather! I leave it in for the duration of my shower. Proof of strengthening is in the far fewer hairs in my comb after comb out. And I love the substantial texture and swing of my hair. I use this shampoo with Phyto 7 leave in conditioner.
