I am on my third & last bottle of this serum that is very much little SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum, but I really haven't noticed a significant difference in my skin. It is quite a pricey product, yet is said to have the most powerful growth factors, but as yet, my 69 year old skin is not convinced.
