For using this product consistently for over a year now I can't say for certain how much it has helped my neck/ and chest. I do sleep on my side (I try to sleep on my back but find myself on my side more often than not) and I tend to curl up with my chin down which doesn't help the crepe skin and wrinkles. I wish I had more obvious results and I probably would if it weren't for my sleeping habits. I will keep using because I'm thinking it is helping my skin from getting any worse.

I love the new Nectfirm product but it does not last long and has a high price point. The container also makes it difficult to get any that might remain after the pump will no longer work.
