The color is nice, but...
The color is nice and does provide brightening, but this item contains mica which has been proven to cause breakouts and milia in some people (Google it). It is NOT listed on this website as an ingredient, but when I got the package there it was on the ingredient list. Not cool! I figured I try it and test my theory that the mica is causing milia. Yep. I don't use mica containing products anymore and haven't had any milia until I tried this. Disappointed.

Good Under Eye Setting Powder
I think this is pretty much the same thing, as the former Secret Set powder for under eyes. That was a small version of Secret Set, the facial setting powder which is still available. The HD Eye Lift is is perhaps slightly more yellow, but if you liked Secret Set, then you would also like the new HD powder.
