This product is very hard and doesn’t smear well under your eye. I even called customer service thinking there was a flaw with the product. I was told that was the way the product is and to rub between my fingers to loosen before applying. That didn’t really work well either. The under eye area is a thin, sensitive area. I think anything put there should smear easily with pulling the skin. Will not purchase this again!

Did not work for sensitive skin or eyes
I was very interested in trying this eye cream because I have deep set eyes which with age have resulted in hollow, sunken look. Unfortunately I seem to be allergic to the cream since I experienced stinging within a few minutes of applying it. Thankfully I applied just a little on only one eye since I know I have sensitive skin and eyes. I will keep on using my eye cream and serum from a different brand which I tolerate with no issues.

Because of all the great reviews, I spent much more on this than I could afford (ouch #1). I’m so allergic to it that my eye LIDS have been burning, red, and cracking since I started using it. I was so desperate for it to not be the cause that I stopped using it for a few days, the irritation went away. I put it on today, and ouch #2! Red, swollen, burning eyelids are back. I don’t understand how since I only put it under my eyes and the skin there is fine.

The consistency of this is too thick it has so many silicones in it and it’s so thick but it literally pulled eyebrows off of my face ( I did not put it on my eyebrows I don’t know how this happened) The smell is offensive and the silicone is made my eyes burn I really want to do like the skin care line but it wasn’t for me

I received this product as a sample and tried it. I have used it every night for a week. Initially, I had light puffiness under my eyes. After using this sample I have more puffiness, and it seems like I have dark circles under my eyes that I didnt have before. Terrible product.
